1. Data controller
The data controller is Feudera Studios S.r.l., registered office Via Po 6, 84098 Pontecagnano Faiano (SA), VAT no. IT06473410659, reachable via PEC feuderastudios@pec.it.
2. What data we process
- Data you send through the contact form: full name, email, company (optional), project type, indicative budget and the text of your message.
- Technical browsing data: IP address, browser type, requested pages and date/time, logged by the hosting and security systems to run and protect the website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to your request and, if you wish, preparing a proposal: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Keeping the website secure and working and preventing abuse and spam: the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for profiling or marketing messages.
4. Retention
We keep messages as long as needed to handle your request and, if a contract follows, for the period required by law. Requests that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Technical logs are kept for short periods, according to the providers’ settings.
5. Recipients and transfers
Data is processed by authorised staff and by technical providers acting as data processors: hosting, CDN and security (Cloudflare) and, where used, an email delivery service. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area: in that case transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
The website loads its typefaces from Google Fonts: to download them your browser contacts Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
6. Cookies and local storage
The website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools. Your browser only stores technical preferences locally (chosen language, intro already seen), which stay on your device. The hosting platform’s security systems may set strictly necessary technical cookies.
7. Your rights
You can at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to the contacts above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or your local supervisory authority.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated; the version in force is always published on this page. Last updated: 9 October 2026.
